Martin Scorsese has directed few films that even approach the manic energy of The Wolf of Wall Street, tossing out copious offerings of drugs, nudity and caffeinated slapstick to keep the film barreling through its three-hour run-time. The director’s wild and raucous satire can be observed in its development stages through this 11-minute long glimpse onto the large, bustling set. The video features quite a few locations and takes, including the scene where the marching band storms through the office and scenes of DiCaprio delivering a few of his characters’ many hyped speeches. For a film that seems borne out of chaos, it’s quite strange to see the cast and crew so calm and composed.
