Astron-6 is a filmmaking collective created by five multi-media artists from Winnipeg, MB, Canada who share a fascination with the mechanics of fear and laughter. They’ve made a cornucopia of faux trailers for non-existent films, a handful of shorts and two features.
Their latest feature, FATHER’S DAY, was expanded from one of these trailers with the support of Troma Entertainment.
STEVEN KOSTANSKI, who contributes to the collective as a director, animator and visual effects artist, talked with us in the corner of a video store.
