TIFF Cinematheque are launching their Cyclical Rhythms: A Quartet of Season in Korean Cinema program with a 35mm screening of Hur Jin-ho’s sophomore feature as a director. Series programmer Hanbin Kim describes the film as “a quintessential Korean romance film, celebrated for its delicate storytelling and evocative symbolism, reminding audiences of love’s inherent transience.” The screening is free for TIFF members and follows an opening night reception from 7pm-8pm in the Founders’ Lounge on the second floor of TIFF Lightbox.
